Wayne owned a retail shop in Pensacola for 25 years, fulfilling 2 dreams: owning his own company and making artificial eyes (referred to as an Occularist). He was active in the local Retail Optical Association, serving a term as president, and a member of the Lion's club, also serving a term as president. In 2000 he moved to the High Country to pursue a long time dream of living in the mountains. It was an easy decision to choose Real Estate after investing in real estate and building a couple of log homes and becoming familiar in the area as well as falling in love with the High Country! An important business goal has been to listen to the desires of buyers and find properties that met their dreams and to work with sellers diligently to find buyers for properties they wanted to sell.
